last night i made this. try it. you will like it.
you can cut it smaller and serve as hors d'ouvres, or a side dish. i made a meal of it myself. because i am trying to eat meat only three days a week. :happy:
the side dishes are:
melitzanosalata
tzadziki
kimchi
homemade pickled peppers
calamata olives

here's the ingredients:

just follow these steps… i didn't have parsley so i used watercresssss :chef:


saute in large pan

mix eggs and feta and ricotta. melt 1/4 cup of butter in 1/4 cup of olive oil. for basting filo sheets.

i just put the whole pan in the freezer for ten minutes to cool the spinach mixture.


half the filo sheets in each. half the spinach mixture on top of ten basted sheets. the add remaining sheets (baste each one.) you should run out at the end. i did.


preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit. cook about 30 minutes or until crust has that lovely golden color.
